Kaetsu is an existing province of Kyoto prefecture. For the purposes of my manga it is
where the ninja town by the same name exists(ed). Everything I say henceforth is true only
to my universe...
Kaetsu town is well known for being the guardian town to a Phoenix nest, and the Kaetsu
ninja are known as the 'kasei' (force of flames) by all who have seen them in combat. Most
of their attacks seem to blaze with fire, and many an opponent has been burned. They were
contracted to be the emperor's personal ninja clan in the year 2735.
Here is the background information I have created about the Kaetsu ninja.
